THE HISTORY OF CHILES EN NOGADA

The “chile en nogada” is a traditional dish made with poblano chiles stuffed with a a mixture of meat and dried fruits, covered in walnut sauce(handmade) and garnished with pomegranate seeds and sometimes parsley.
